If it is detected then the baby’s gender is male and if it is not detected then the baby’s gender is female. Twins If you are expecting identical twins, you can use SneakPeek to determine the gender of both of your babies with accuracy. If you are expecting fraternal twins, and the test detects the male Y chromosome, at least one twin is a boy. There is no way of knowing if they are boy-boy or if they are girl-boy twins until you can get your ultrasound. However, if the test does not detect the male Y chromosome, both babies are definitely girls!
